Refrigeration and ice machine specialist Hoshizaki is receiving significant interest from various businesses including professional sports clubs and leisure venues for its mobile self-serve ‘Beer Station’ concept, says Hoshizaki UK's director, Simon Frost,.
Hoshizaki recently introduced the mobile self-serve ‘Beer Station’ concept, which pours a pint at a push of a button following payment through an inbuilt system.
Developed in collaboration with Victor Manufacturing, the Beer Station system incorporates Hoshizaki's new automatic beer dispenser, BeerMatic Dual Tap DBF-AS65WE.
The unit can store a beer keg, CO₂ cylinder, and glasses.
The beer dispenser’s internal chilling system cans connect directly to a standard keg kept at room temperature, allowing bars and restaurants with limited facilities to offer freshly poured chilled pints.
The equipment has a 430-grade stainless steel structure that lets vendors change the advertising as required.
The ‘Beer Station’ can incorporate various payment systems including contactless, ApplePay, or credit cards. A poured pint or half-pint is ready in 15 seconds after the push of the button.
