Although it feels like a lifetime ago, many can still recall the days when the “Twilight” saga took over the world, with the Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson pairing being a huge part of it. The two young performers simply clicked and had instant chemistry, which drew in huge crowds of supporters. After splitting up and staying away from each other, is there any chance that the two would collaborate on a project again?
As DevDiscourse recently asked, there are still questions regarding the Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson tandem potentially getting back together to make a movie. There is no doubt that there is interest in the matter since these are two of the most bankable actors in the business. However, their history makes such a prospect quite tricky.
To start with, the Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson relationship did not end on a positive note. While some celebrity couples do end up being friends after breaking up, this is not one of those cases. The actress’ highly publicized cheating stint with “Snow White and the Huntsman” director Rupert Sanders humiliated the British performer.
While the two did try to make the relationship work after that, reports of mistrust and constant bickering eventually caused the Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson partnership to collapse. As a result, the two have not had much to do with each other for a very long time. In fact, their dynamic seems to have changed quite a bit, with the girl who played Bella Swan actually changing her preferences in partners.
As things stand, the chances of yet another Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson movie is slim to none. However, this does not mean that there might not be some way to get these two back together. A “Twilight” reunion might occur someday, bringing the cast members of that franchise in one place to finally put the animosity to rest.
