LeBron James revealed the new Nike Royalty TR during Team USA practice, hinting at a fall 2024 release. Simultaneously, Nike announced the vintage-styled Nike Dunk Low “University Blue,” set to captivate sneaker enthusiasts this Fall/Holiday season.
LeBron James Unveils New Nike Royalty TR Shoe at Team USA Practice Ahead of Fall Release
Nike is once more capitalizing on the Olympic spotlight to introduce a new product. All eyes are on LeBron James to potentially premiere the Nike LeBron 22 signature shoe in Paris, but the King has other plans in mind as he reveals a never-before-seen Nike shoe to the public, according to Sneaker News.
This new model has no discernible LeBron insignia or logos, which could be the Nike Royalty Trainer. Nevertheless, a new indistinguishable logo is present at the heel, which may be a new logo under the Nike LeBron umbrella. The midsole is elevated as the foam ascends into what appears to be a leather upper, and the shoes are designed with a bootie-like construction that lacks a traditional tongue. It shares numerous principles with other Nike training shoes available on the market, including the ubiquitous all-purpose Metcon line.
Anticipation is high for the release of the Nike Royalty TR, expected to be available for purchase at $130 in the fall of 2024. This training shoe, which has yet to be released in any other colorway, is set to make a splash with numerous colorways scheduled for release this season.
Nike Dunk Low “University Blue” Gets Vintage Treatment for Fall/Holiday 2024 Release
Nike Dunks' resale prices have plummeted significantly since the model's peak in 2019/2020. However, specific "Be True To Your School" colorways remain subject to substantial markups.
The recently released “University Blue” pair, with a projected release date of Fall/Holiday 2024, will pique the interest of sneaker enthusiasts. This could be your chance if you've been eyeing the “UNC” Dunk Low from 2021 but held back due to the $300 price tag. The unique design, overlays, lining, and outsole in the eponymous hue and the base and midsole in “Coconut Milk” and 'Sail' create a naturally aged, vintage appearance. The 'Gym Red' Nike logo on the insoles completes the official color scheme, adding a unique touch to the design.
The Nike Dunk Low "Coconut Milk/University Blue/Gym Red/Sail/White" will be released in men's sizes for $115 during the Fall/Holiday 2024 season.
