BERKELEY, Calif., Oct. 31, 2017 -- LeadGenius today announced that Brett McBee-Wise joined the company as Vice President of Product, bringing his extensive background in martech products and UX development to the executive team. LeadGenius uses a unique combination of machine learning and human researchers to provide B2B marketing and sales teams with highly-accurate lead generation data and go-to-market intelligence.
McBee-Wise has helped guide product development at three marketing automation companies. Most recently, he served as Head of Product and UX design at BrightFunnel. Before that, he was Product and Creative Director for LeadFormix (CallidusCloud) and Creative Director for Genius.com/LeadRocket, the first social monitoring and trackable sales engagement platform of its kind. McBee-Wise started his career at Genius.com as an online marketing web specialist. He also worked at Marketo as a web designer/developer.
“Brett has been on the vanguard of marketing and sales automation his entire career,” said Prayag Narula, CEO of LeadGenius. “That’s where we are today at LeadGenius -- we’re building a next generation data company for B2B marketing and sales teams. Brett’s experience on the cutting edge of martech will quickly translate to even more powerful market insights for our enterprise customers.”
“Poor B2B data has always been an accepted limitation of marketing and sales software,” said McBee-Wise. “LeadGenius has changed that. With the combination of machine learning and real human researchers, LeadGenius makes data a force multiplier for sales and marketing teams, rather than a handicap. I’m excited to build on that work and create an innovative new type of data product that the market craves.”
Brett McBee-Wise holds a B.S. degree in marketing and a B.F.A. in graphic design from Alfred University in New York.
