It is normally around this time of year where TV shows start getting festive about the themes that they showcase and “Lethal Weapon” Season 3 Episode 9 certainly delivers on that. The episode basically involves beating down Santa Claus, fighting someone with a chainsaw, and getting stuck in a chimney. This is all in an effort to solve a burglary case, as well.
In the preview clip shown below, it’s clear that “Lethal Weapon” Season 3 Episode 9 is going to have a lot of fun with the Holiday theme that it was given. Murtagh (Damon Wayans) and Cole (Sean William Scott) are going to be up to their usual shenanigans while trying to solve a crime. This time, they will be up against the bearded man who lives in the North Pole.
As to why the two characters would be beating up on one of the most beloved figures of fiction in the world, it would seem that a burglary was committed by someone wearing a Santa suit. The episode’s synopsis says as much and it would appear that an attack on the precinct was committed, as well. “Lethal Weapon” Season 3 Episode 9 certainly doesn’t hold back on the lethal part.
“Cole gets into the holiday spirit for his first Christmas with Maya, while Murtaugh hopes he can convince RJ to come back home from Costa Rica for the holidays. At the precinct, Cole and Murtaugh are saddled with a complicated burglary and home invasion case. Meanwhile, Avery's holidays are a bit blue, and Bailey is still trying to figure out her new partner,” the synopsis reads.
“Lethal Weapon” Season 3 Episode 9 is scheduled to air on Dec. 4. The show is always available to watch via the normal TV timeslot or via the FOX app that viewers can download.
