Mark Harmon is allegedly ready quit as Leroy Jethro Gibbs because he is fed up with his “NCIS” season 16 co-stars and everyone involved in it. It was further revealed that the actor is ready to hand his resignation letter because he can’t take in anymore.
According to the National Enquirer, Mark Harmon’s feud with his colleagues is serious and the bad blood just keeps getting worse as they continue to work together on the set of “NCIS.” The source alleged that everyone hates the 67-year-old veteran actor as he has an attitude and often shows his bad sides on the set.
"He is hated by the rest of the cast because he holds grudges and has gotten people fired," the tipster supposedly told the tabloid. "He’s a real dictator on the set and sparked a lot of conflicts among his co-workers.”
The insider also mentioned about Pauley Perrette’s departure and said that Mark Harmon made things very difficult for the actress that is why she was left with no choice but to quit. However, the source did not elaborate on how the actor supposedly pushed Perrette to leave the show.
Gossip Cop is convinced this report is false and believed that Mark Harmon is not planning to hand out his resignation to give up being Gibbs in “NCIS.” The fact-checking site stated that the narrative is not accurate plus it lacks details to support the claims.
Lastly, Gossip Cop pointed out that the tip for the Mark Harmon story came from an anonymous source so it cannot be trusted. This is definitely a fabricated narrative because the outlet confirmed from the actor’s rep that he has is no plans of quitting plus, it is not true that he has bad relationship with his co-stars. Would he last more than 15 years in “NCIS” if he was hated by everyone like what was claimed? Certainly not.
