RALEIGH, N.C., June 29, 2017 -- MaxPoint (Nasdaq:MXPT) today announced it has amended its Loan and Security Agreement with Silicon Valley Bank to extend the maturity date of its revolving line of credit through June 30, 2019. The agreement, initially signed in June 2014, currently allows for potential maximum aggregate advances of up to $35.0 million.

The Loan and Security Agreement contains customary affirmative and negative covenants, as well as certain financial covenants.
