McDonald's Japan Debuts New Happy Meal Collection with Exclusive Nintendo Toys and USJ Characters
McDonald's Japan is about to launch a thrilling new Happy Meal collection in partnership with Universal Studios Japan. According to SoraNews24, this collection, featuring Nintendo figurines, is a must-see for Japanese pop culture enthusiasts, especially those who fondly remember the Sanrio Happy Meals from a few years ago.
McDonald's recognizes that there may be a partial overlap of interest between fans of Nintendo and those of the other franchises represented at Universal Studios Japan. Consequently, they are dividing the USJ Happy Meals into two categories.
The initial quantity is exclusively Nintendo toys, with a particular emphasis on the Mushroom Kingdom from the Super Mario series, which serves as the theme for the initial section of Super Nintendo World, and the setting of Donkey Kong Country, which inspires the area's forthcoming expansion. The subsequent batch, which will be released one week later, includes Jaws, Curious George, and Minions.
Limited-Time Nintendo Happy Meal Toys at McDonald's Japan: Act Fast to Collect All Items
The Nintendo toy preview image comprises four impressive pieces: a Mario Kart pull car and a Donkey Kong mine cart launcher. McDonald's Japan has mysteriously promised that there will be six gifts in each group. Consequently, two additional Nintendo items have yet to be disclosed.
The highly anticipated Nintendo figurines will be available for a limited time, from June 12 to 18, while the other USJ characters will be available from July 19 to 25. The third stage of the collaboration, starting on July 26, will offer any remaining toys from the first two stages, with all schedules subject to the caveat 'while supplies last.' This limited availability underscores the need for Nintendo enthusiasts to act promptly to secure their purchase.
Nevertheless, the third stage appears to be a collection of any remaining toys from the first two stages, as the schedules include the caveat "while supplies last." Therefore, Nintendo enthusiasts should act promptly to secure their purchase.
