McDonald's Philippines unveils plans for significant expansion, aiming to generate 20,000 jobs alongside its globally appealing NewJeans Chicken Dance Campaign.
Currently boasting nearly 60,000 staff members, the fast-food chain, led by master franchise holder Dr. George Yang and CEO Kenneth Yang, remains committed to providing job security and growth opportunities for its people.
Echoing the brand's long-standing practice, McDonald's Philippines pledges to hire only permanent roles, a policy that underpins job security and first-rate customer service. Team members can also receive world-class training and career development to unlock their full potential.
McDonald's Philippines is also dedicated to providing equal opportunities for individuals from various backgrounds, ages, genders, or sexual orientations - including working students and out-of-school youth, through different partnerships.
According to Kenneth S. Yang, they take pride in providing employment opportunities in the local communities where their stores are located. He added that inclusive hiring practices and world-class employee training had been their practice since the company's inception in 1981.
McDonald's Philippines is also turning up the heat with the NewJeans Chicken Dance Campaign and spicing up the party worldwide! This promotion is set to make global customers waltz in deliciousness and embrace unforgettable moments.
The NewJeans Chicken Dance Campaign has already taken the Philippines by storm and is soon to strut its way to Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Vietnam. In all of these markets, you'll see NewJeans shaking things up with tantalizing chicken menu options and exclusive packaging.
McDonald's message is clear: "Take a bite out of the new crispiness that'll make you want to dance – it's a whole new Chicken World!" This campaign is about sharing great flavor's joys with its customers and making special moments unforgettable.
With the launch of the NewJeans Chicken Dance Campaign on June 13th, McDonald's Philippines also offers promotional events. Plus, they've brought back the iconic six-piece Chicken McNuggets and McChicken solo for just P99 each.
