Melania Trump recently faced backlash after she posted a photo of herself wearing a hard-hat during the coronavirus pandemic. One journalist cursed at the FLOTUS and accused her of only posting online if it’s about her.
On Friday morning, Donald Trump’s wife uploaded a series of photos while supervising the renovation of the Tennis Pavilion at the White House. In the snaps, the first lady is wearing a black long-sleeved blouse while looking at the layout of the renovations.
“I am excited to share the progress of the Tennis Pavilion at @WhiteHouse. Thank you to the talented team for their hard work and dedication,” she captioned the photos.
However, Political Flare journalist Andrea Jefferson was enraged by Melania’s post. She questioned the FLOTUS’s motivation for posting a series of snaps centered on her while the entire nation is struggling due to the coronavirus outbreak.
“I know this won’t surprise you, but Melania only tweets when it’s about her. Every Melania tweet always includes a photo of herself. It’s all about her. There was no tweet about voting on Super Tuesday, no tweets warning about coronavirus. Nada. Zilch. IT’S ALL ABOUT MELANIA,” Jefferson wrote.
The journalist also questioned the fact that Melania has never revealed the cost of the renovations. The first lady simply said that it will be paid for using the private donations that they have received.
“I’m sorry if you are a regular reader of our little blog, you know we are not fans of Melania Trump. She is literally the worst. I don’t have to go into examples, everyone knows she is just the worst,” Jefferson said.
Meanwhile, some critics of the FLOTUS also shared their thoughts about her latest set of photos.
“Built a few tennis courts in my time. Played on many. Never had anyone wear a hard hat during construction, or otherwise. Maybe a pine cone falls from a tree. Some raindrops. Otherwise… meh. Softcore porn model. #Einstein visa escort. Slovenian slattern. #BeMyBestAss,” Twitter user @luizlemuz said.
“My classroom doesn’t have books or pencils,” Twitter user @mteaches wrote.
