The customer, is a $1.7 billion, multi-national business which develops proprietary automation technologies most widely used by high profile hardware manufacturers throughout the world. This engagement includes a three-year SaaS subscription and the development of their corporate variant site to support their presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
Bridgeline will develop an enhanced online experience for the company’s overseas operations, offering an improved and targeted experience localized to the region. Website visitors will be able to toggle between multiple languages to view the localized presence of the company, strengthening its reputation and brand awareness in the region. The company’s goal is to drive customer acquisition in addition to enhancing their upsell and cross–sell opportunities.
