(NASDAQ:OSTK) announced today that its 2018 annual meeting of stockholders will be held at 1:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) on May 9, 2018 at its corporate offices located at 799 W. Coliseum Way, Midvale, Utah. Holders of record at the close of business on March 12, 2018 will be entitled to vote at the meeting. The Company intends to webcast the meeting and will announce the webcast details closer to the date of the meeting.
