FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 16, 2017 -- Patriot National, Inc. (NYSE:PN) (the “Company”) announced that it has received an extension for continued listing and trading of the Company’s common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”).
The extension granted by the NYSE, which is subject to ongoing reassessment by the NYSE, provides the Company until March 15, 2018 to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 and the Company’s Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the three-month period ended March 31, 2017 and the six-month period ended June 30, 2017. The Company continues to work diligently to become current with its SEC filings as required under applicable securities laws.
