Mr. Vasilopoulos has spent more than 20 years as an investment banker advising clients in the communications services and technology industries. During his career, Mr. Vasilopoulos has focused on facilitating both public and private M&A, as well as equity and debt capital raises, for companies in the fiber, data center, tower, managed services, and cloud services sectors.
Prior to joining DH Capital, Mr. Vasilopoulos was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Technology, Media and Communications investment banking at Oppenheimer & Co. Mr. Vasilopoulos also served as a Managing Director at the Bank Street Group in the Communications Infrastructure and Services group from 2009 to 2012, and he was a Managing Director and Head of both the Wireline Services and Internet Infrastructure sectors at Deutsche Bank from 2002 to 2009. Previously, he was a principal at Morgan Stanley and a vice president at Bear Stearns.
