Samsung Galaxy A90 Latest News, Update: 48MP Rotating Camera Rumors, 5G Connectivity

There are currently a ton of rumors with regards to Samsung Galaxy A90 that is causing all kinds of excitement within the smartphone community. With leaks of the specs regarding the device making waves on the web, people have even more reason to look forward to this particular gadget. Among the most highly anticipated of these would be the rumored 48MP rotating camera.

As MSPowerUser reports, there are currently leaks suggesting that the Samsung Galaxy A90 could come with a rotating pop-up camera. On top of that, this camera could come with a whopping 48MP lens, which would certainly make for a considerable amount of pixels to work with. Then again, more MP does not necessarily mean better quality, so what exactly does this news mean?

To start with, its rotating pop-up nature might pose some mechanical issues, but it shouldn’t be anything too cumbersome. The concept has already been tested by Oppo with the N3, though, that particular attempt did not go over very well. The Samsung Galaxy A90 might just change that if there is any truth to these rumors.

As to the absurd amount of pixels that might come with the Samsung Galaxy A90 camera, there really is not much to say about it. If the 48MP news does come to light, it will likely be less of a wondrous feature than most might believe. Camera technology is a lot more complicated than simply how many pixels it can capture and display. Then again, this is Samsung, so it might just have the juice to pull off a spectacular result.

In any case, among the other specs that have been tied to Samsung Galaxy A90 include up to 8GB of RAM and a maximum of 128GB in storage. This would certainly make for an excellent mid-range smartphone that would make buying the Galaxy S10 unnecessary for many buyers.
