Seems like a new set of A-list stars will be guesting on Stranger Things season 4 as hinted by the series' creators, the Duffer brothers—Matt and Ross.
Although the 80s themed series is led by relatively young and new stars, its season 1 saw a supporting cast of big stars in their heydays in the likes of Winona Ryder.
Season 2 saw Lord of the Rings' Sean Astin while season 3 had Princess Brides' Cary Elwes. Also, not to forget the appearances of Matthew Modine, Paul Reiser, and David Harbour.
And, it seems that we will be seeing more A-list guests being planned for season 4 as hinted by the Duffer brothers in their interview with Deadline.
According to Screenrant, the Duffers did not reveal much about season 4 but that they did say that they have cool guests in store for the series' fourth installment.
This is already great news for the highly anticipated season 4 as far as Stranger Things could go considering how secretive the production is.
For now, there is no news yet if filming for season 4 has resumed.
Some show productions have tentatively resumed but they have to strictly follow protocols set in place as precautionary measures for the coronavirus pandemic.
There were reports of season 4 being released either late in 2020 or early in 2021, however, the premiere might get pushed further because of the interruption caused by the three-month-long quarantine.
The casts had a table read early in March but production was cut when the quarantine was implemented. But, it has been revealed that they were in the middle of filming and have finished at least two episodes before filming was halted.
And, last week, the series writers had revealed that they have finished writing the script for the whole season 4 via a tweet. Thus, filming may start anytime soon.
