Fans will surely rejoice to this amazing revelation as we will get to finally see the birthplace of our favorite girl superhero. In the upcoming episode 13 entitled "For The Girl Who Has Everything", our hero Kara/Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) will be attacked by an alien plant that will attached itself to her body resulting to her having dreams about her planet.
The thirteenth episode directed by Dermott Downs and written by Andrew Kreisberg will be pretty exciting and intense for everyone. According to We Got This Covered, this alien plant is causing her to revisit her home planet in her dreams. We will get to finally see how Krypton looks like before it got destroyed. It was reported that the plant brings out someone's "secret fantasies." and judging from the promotional stills released by the team, Supergirl's secret fantasies involved being in Krypton with her family.
On the other hand, the others will be busy trying to fend off enemies since Kara is still unavailable at the moment due to the plant. The episode synopsis was posted on Spoilers Guide, and it reads, "Kara's friends must find a way to save her life when a parasitic alien attaches itself to her and traps her in a dream world where her family is alive and her home planet was never destroyed. Also, Alex, Hank and the DEO must fend off a Kryptonian attack while Kara is out of commission."
We will be welcoming new guest stars in the upcoming episode. These include Peter Facinelli as Maxwell Lord, Laura Benani as Alura/Astra, Chris Vance as Non, Robert Gant as Zor-El, Briana Venskus as Agent Vasquez, Christopher Showerman as Tor, and
Daniel DiMaggio as Kal-El.
Meanwhile, episode 12 of Supergirl will be airing later this evening, February 1, so watch out for "Bizarro" because it will be pretty intense as Supergirl battles with her mirror image created by Maxwell.
