HOUSTON, Aug. 17, 2017 -- Superior Energy Services, Inc. today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SESI, L.L.C. (“SESI”), has closed its previously announced private offering to eligible purchasers of $500.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 7 3/4% Senior Notes due 2024 (the “2024 Notes”). The 2024 Notes were priced at par.
SESI intends to use the net proceeds from this offering, together with cash on hand, to redeem $500 million of SESI’s outstanding 6 3/8% Senior Notes due 2019.
