JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 05, 2017 -- Brightway Insurance’s Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages capture employees celebrating successes and special events, furry friends helping out Agency Owners in the office and franchisees giving back to local and international communities. The photographs are a glimpse of what it means to be #BrightwayHappy, and happiness is something that our franchisees have sought, and found, with Brightway.

In our annual Agency Owner survey, nine out of 10 Brightway Franchise Owners said they are happy to extremely happy as Brightway Franchise Owners. Some define happiness as feeling satisfied with their business success, achievement of a desired lifestyle or their ability to leave a legacy to their children.
“It has been a very exciting, liberating and wonderful experience thus far,” said Mike Milano, Owner of Brightway, The Milano Agency in Tarrytown, N.Y. “I couldn't be happier with my decision to join the Brightway system.”
Alicia Katz, Owner of Brightway, The Katz Agency in Sherman Oaks, Calif., said she chose the Brightway opportunity to achieve the lifestyle she imagined.
“I feel like I have control over my future success and how I spend my day,” said Katz. “These were important reasons I chose to take this path.”
And, our most seasoned Franchise Owners share similar sentiments.
“Almost 10 years as an Agency Owner and I’m so glad that I chose to join Brightway,” said Susan Bashant, Owner of Brightway, The Susan Bashant Agency in Port St. Lucie, Fla.
Jay Kaiser, Owner of Brightway, Miramar in South Florida said it best, “Brightway has an innovative value proposition. I am very happy with the business and the quality of the leadership.”
Here’s what some other Brightway Franchise Owners had to say:
“We enjoy our affiliation with Brightway. The support is much better than anything we could do on our own. The brand, while young, is growing and expanding and that is exciting for all of us!” said Chris Ganim, Co-Owner of Brightway, The Ganim Agency in Cary, N.C.
“I enjoy being involved in a business where I can help so many people. I appreciate the broad choices of carriers that we can offer to customers and the Service Center support,” said Scott Myers, Owner of Brightway, The Scott Myers Agency in San Antonio, Texas.
“Brightway is an organization I'm proud to be a part of, from top to bottom. In terms of happiness as a Brightway Agency Owner, the empowerment to be my own boss ranks near the top, equaled by my desire for business success,” added Myers.
“Coming from a captive company, I couldn’t be any happier being a Brightway Agency Owner. The ability to own multiple agencies provides the potential that I am looking for,” said Ben Rodriguez, Owner of Brightway, The Ben Rodriguez Agency in New Orleans, La.
