‘The Originals’ season 4’s episode 2, titled “No Quarter,” is set to follow Klaus as he suffers the effects of the Tunde Blade. He and his former love Camille are set to reunite in hallucinations. Meanwhile, the Mikaelsons are set to join Hayley in their new mission to break Klaus from captivity.
The synopsis for “No Quarter” posted on TV Guide reads, “After being cured and woken, the Mikaelson siblings join Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) in an effort to rescue Klaus (Joseph Morgan) from captivity, but face Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) in the process.
Meanwhile, Klaus' demons materialize in unexpected ways when he suffers the effects of the Tunde Blade; and Vincent (Yusuf Gatewood) investigates a haunting that proves to be much more sinister than he imagined.”
According to TV Line, the upcoming episode will feature Klaus hallucinating from the Tunde Blade and conjuring up visions of his old love Camille O’Connell (Leah Pipes). Promotional photographs showed Klaus and Camille in the much-anticipated reunion.
Executive producer Michael Narducci teased in a previous interview, “Klaus is going to be experiencing this terrible torment… and one of the moments of solace and relief that he gets is conjuring this memory of this person who meant so, so much to him.”
Meanwhile, Hayley managed to find a cure for Elijah’s (Daniel Gillies) werewolf bite and successfully woke him up. The Mikaelsons have also been cured of their sleeping curse and are back with a vengeance. It seems that their first order of business is to break Klaus free.
Although this may be a simple enough plan, the Mikaelsons will have to face Marcel in the process. Klaus’ former protégé seemed to have gained immense power since putting Klaus in captivity. Defeating him may not be an easy task.
‘The Originals’ season 4’s episode 2, titled “No Quarter,” is scheduled to air on March 24 on The CW. It was directed by Bethany Rooney and written by Talicia Raggs and Michelle Paradise. It will be followed by episode 3, titled "Haunter of Ruins," directed by Jeffrey Hunt and scheduled to be released on March 31.
