(NASDAQ:TTD), a provider of a global technology platform for buyers of advertising, today announced the launch of a follow-on offering of 5,000,000 shares of Class A common stock by certain selling stockholders. The selling stockholders are expected to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares Class A common stock. The Trade Desk will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
Citigroup, Jefferies and RBC Capital Markets will act as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Needham & Company and Raymond James will act as co-managers.
