As a company, it is important that you do nonverbal communication. Normally people think that non-verbal communication is only hand gestures for example. However, this is not true, especially when it comes to communication from companies. This communication actually falls under marketing and here the customer is one of the main players. Marketing is mainly from the company to the (potential) customer. Verbal communication is talking to customers and non-verbal communication is talking to the customer without actually speaking. Examples of non-verbal communication include the appearance of a company, the way products are packaged or the employees. Below are some products that you could use for nonverbal communication.
Communicating at eye level
If people walk past your store without walking in, this says enough and you need to change something. For example, are you on a shopping street or any other point where people walk past your store? Then you should advertise with products at eye level. Take a window sign for example, these are signs that you can stick on the window, right at eye level. To attract extra attention you can print a window sign (translation: raambord drukken) with a twister in it, this means that part of the sign can rotate. This part can be a circle, a diamond or any other shape. If you print a catchy text and stick it on your window, you will always catch the eye of potential customers. This is because with this sign you are right in people's line of sight, which will most likely make them look.
Even more directly in view
There are even products that are even more in view than window signs, for example, sidewalk signs. These are signs where a poster goes in, which you place in people's walkways. You can use a paper poster or you can also choose a PVC cloth. There are several varieties of sidewalk signs that you can all use.
Moving products stand out the most
It has been found that moving products stand out the most and people look at them more than non-moving products. When it comes to moving products, you don't have to think tricky at all, but you can think about flags, for example. Flags move automatically because of the wind and you do not have to do anything for that. You can print different flags, a window flag, beach flags or banner flags. A window flag not only flaps in the wind, but also hangs directly in view. It is almost impossible to stand out more!
With these products you can communicate non-verbally with your customers. Without saying a word you can make sure that they come into your store!
