SAN ANTONIO, May 03, 2017 -- The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE:VLO) (“Valero”) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the company’s common stock of $0.70 per share. The dividend is payable on June 7, 2017 to holders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2017.
