The trailer for the upcoming reboot of “Will & Grace” is finally here, and what a delight.
The trailer, which is five minutes long, saw titular characters Will (Eric McCormack) and Grace (Debra Messing) exit the offices of boss president of NBC Entertainment, Bob Greenblatt.
Will starts with saying, “Again, Bob, so excited. I can’t believe we’re back, taking the old peacock for the another ride around the … “Thing.”
Finishing his sentence, Grace chimed in and said, “Riding the old peacock? You know you got the job, right? You left all your lipstick on this a—,” she reprimands.
Later on, the two are seen entering their former studio, and the set that looks remarkably their apartment. Will and Grace later broke into a song after co-stars Sean Hayes (Jack) and Megan Mullally (Karen) entered into the scene. All four ended up singing with an accompanying orchestra.
Vox said the “Will & Grace” reboot will be one of NBC’s fall lineup content, along with its uber-popular drama series “This Is Us.” Variety said the new revival will have all four returning to the show revolving around two bestfriends living together and sharing their life with their friends, which aired from 1998 to 2006. The revival will run for 12 episodes. The series’ original creators, David Kohan and Max Mutchnick, will be coming in for the limited ninth installment of the show, along with executive producer and regular director James Burrows, The Independent reported.
