NEW HAVEN, Conn., March 28, 2016 -- Woodbridge International, a global mergers and acquisitions firm, is pleased to welcome Peter Melloni to its team of investment bankers. Based in the Chicago area, Peter is an accomplished banker with extensive cross-border M&A experience. His expertise ranges from arranging joint ventures to closing M&A engagements and completing financing transactions.
Prior to joining Woodbridge, Peter led a boutique corporate finance advisory firm serving clients in a variety of countries and industries. Previously, he was Managing Director at Houlihan Smith & Company where he focused on M&A and Private Placements. Peter also held executive positions at ABN AMRO Bank NV for many years, serving in various strategic roles related to international corporate finance. Early in his career, Peter worked for Fuji Bank Ltd. He has worked and studied in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. Peter completed the Berkeley Executive Program at UC Berkeley and holds a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
