Contestants representing all 50 states and the District of Columbia will showcase some of the summer’s leading trends during the swimsuit portion of the competition. Yandy’s swim styles will also be featured during the preliminary competition held earlier in the week and a special MISS USA® fashion show. Additionally, the women competing for the title will be featured in a multi-episode social series that will further highlight Yandy’s collections. As part of her prize package, Miss USA will receive a swim wardrobe supplied by Yandy.
No stranger to the runway, Yandy debuted its 2017 swim collection in February to rave reviews from the fashion media and key influencers.
“With our recent recognition at major fashion events, Yandy’s swim collection momentum is building,” said Thom Brodeur, CEO of Yandy. “Our swim business has doubled Q1 2017 over the same quarter last year. Showcasing Yandy’s swimwear with one of the most iconic women’s empowerment brands is a natural extension of our brand building efforts, and represents a perfect alignment between our customer, the Yandy Girl, who describes herself as independent and powerful, and Miss USA, women who are strong, confident and determined.”
Yandy’s latest swim collection was artfully designed with global culture and timeless sophistication in mind, featuring vibrant prints and patterns, sleek lines and on-trend silhouettes. The swim collection available to contestants of MISS USA® will feature nearly 50 assorted styles including two piece bikinis, one piece suits and monokinis with the goal of allowing contestants to be true to themselves and their own style choices for swimwear.
As one of the leading retailers of the see now, buy now trend in women’s specialty apparel, Yandy will make all the styles worn by the MISS USA® contestants available for immediate purchase by viewers at http://www.yandy.com/2017-miss-usa.
