Erica is currently pursuing her PhD in Accounting at Concordia University. She is also a Canadian CPA with a background in public accounting, audit and tax.
Erica conducts research on professional work, notably how individuals find meaning at work. She is currently conducting research on how remote working arrangements impact how individuals engage with their work, colleagues and clients. Given her background as a CPA, Erica studies how accountants behave and communicate within accounting firms. However, her interest is in thinking broadly about how professions are changing, especially in light of new technologies and the on-going crisis of expertise.
Erica is also a Concordia Public Scholar where is uses her platform to engage with the broader public about how they can find meaning at work.
