SANTA CLARA, Calif., June 29, 2017 -- Adesto Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ:IOTS), a leading provider of application-specific, feature-rich, ultra-low power non-volatile memory products, today announced that the Underwriters of its previously announced public offering of 4,375,000 shares of common stock has exercised the option to purchase an additional 625,000 shares to cover over allotments, bringing the total gross proceeds from the offering to $20,000,000, before deducting the underwriting discount and offering expenses payable by Adesto. All of the shares in the offering and the over-allotment were offered by Adesto. The exercise of the over-allotment option closed on June 27, 2017.
Needham & Company acted as sole book running manager and The Benchmark Company acted as co-manager for the offering. ROTH Capital Partners acted as financial advisor to the company.
Adesto intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.
