‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 4’s episode 5, entitled “It’s A Wonderful Beast”, will find Vincent wondering how uncomplicated Cat’s life would be without him around to bring in some trouble. The two continue to struggle with evading a bounty hunter out to capture Vincent and expose his real identity.
The synopsis posted on Carter Matt stated, “Vincent (Jay Ryan) and Cat (Kristin Kreuk) realize they have to go into hiding now that someone is out to kill Vincent. Vincent wonders if Cat would have been better off without him and gets a glimpse into exactly what her life could have been.” The upcoming episode is directed by Stuart Gillard and written by Melissa Glenn.
In the preceding episodes, Cat learns that she may be pregnant with Vincent’s baby after waiting to take a pregnancy test. She realizes that she is excited to start a family with her husband despite a bounty hunter out to get Vincent and expose his secrets. Her excitement at the prospect of becoming a mother and starting a normal life clashes with Vincent’s more practical view of evading his predator before settling.
