The meeting between Koji and Naruto in “Boruto” Chapter 30 is practically guaranteed because of how the former infiltrated Konoha. Considering the power that members of Kara possess, it’s conceivable that a battle between the two could result in significant damage to the village. What’s more, Koji might go after Kawaki first before Naruto arrives, resulting in any hope of him feeling acceptance to be dashed.
In the previous chapter of the manga, Naruto showed Kawaki what his life could be like if he became a member of the Uzumaki family. He did so through his sparring match with Boruto, allowing Kawaki and Himari to interact, and even speaking with him about his past. By the end of the chapter, he was looking like he was willing to give change a shot, but “Boruto” Chapter 30 will likely put a stop to this.
The clash between Kawaki and Boruto has already been decided since the beginning, so any attempt by Naruto to bridge the wide gap that exists in the vessel’s heart can only contribute to that inevitability. For the most part, it’s clear that Kara will not leave Kawaki alone, and this could lead to the Naruto-Koji clash in “Boruto” Chapter 30.
As of now, fans should also expect that “Boruto” Chapter 30 might be around 41 to 43 pages long. This is quite disappointing, especially for a manga that releases on a monthly basis, and fans are clearly getting frustrated. Even so, the pace is the pace, and there is hardly anything that fans can do about it.
In any case, readers should expect to get “Boruto” Chapter 30 by Dec. 22. It’s a long wait between chapters, but fans can hope that the battle between Naruto and Koji will make up for it. At least the manga is dealing with the main story, unlike the anime.
