‘Boruto’ Episode 74 Air Date, Spoilers: Boruto & Sarada Search for Ryuchi Cave, Fight Team Moegi Along the Way

Boruto and Sarada continue their search for Mitsuki in “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” episode 74 and their next destination is the Ryuchi Cave. Unfortunately, their off-the-books mission will get them into a fight with Team Moegi.

Things are starting to escalate in the Mitsuki arc. Boruto and Sarada felt guilty about not knowing more about their teammate who had gone missing. It prompted them to sneak into Orochimaru’s lab in episode 73, where they made an unsettling discovery. In the end, Boruto and Sarada were advised by the exiled ninja to find the White Snake Sage if they wanted more answers about Mitsuki’s disappearance. This is what they are hoping to do in “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” episode 74 but they have to escape Team Moegi first.

Obviously, Boruto and Sarada are outnumbered in “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” episode 74. Aside from the Ino-Shika-Cho, their team leader Moegi also joins in the mission to bring back Boruto and Sarada to the Hidden Leaf Village.

The “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” episode 74 preview shows the titular character being restrained by Shikadai’s Shadow Imitation Technique. At one point, Inojin is also seen working with his own technique to stop Boruto and Sarada. But one of the most exciting parts of the teaser is the glimpse of Sarada’s one-tomoe Sharingan being activated again during the fight.

While the teams fight, Mitsuki’s snake is seen talking to Shikadai. It is unclear what message the snake has for him. So far, Boruto only got “Mitsuki’s will” from the snake and nothing more. But there is a chance that whatever the snake tells them in “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” episode 74, it might convince Team Moegi to help Boruto and Sarada in the end.

Earlier reports have it that “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” episode 74 will be airing on the same day as episode 75. The Mitsuki arc continues on Sept. 20.
