NEW YORK, Oct. 05, 2017 -- The Nasdaq Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Inventergy Global, Inc. Inventergy Global, Inc.’s stock was suspended on June 07, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Hongli Clean Energy Technologies Corp. Hongli Clean Energy Technologies Corp.’s stock was suspended on April 11, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of UniPixel, Inc. UniPixel, Inc.’s stock was suspended on September 12, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the ordinary shares of DragonWave Inc. DragonWave Inc’s stock was suspended on August 02, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Finally, Nasdaq announced that it will delist the warrant and unit of Exela Technologies, Inc. Exela Technologies, Inc.’s warrant and unit were suspended on September 18, 2017 and have not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
