The wait is over as “Frozen 2” is almost here. The first movie was released five years ago and it is about time that Disney should bring up the sequel and fortunately, the fans’ wish has been heard.
The production of “Frozen 2” took a while although the team immediately went to work as soon as Disney confirmed the movie’s second installment. The announcement was made in 2015 and the production followed at once.
Then again, “Frozen 2” is expected to be the same as the first film that made the kids love Elsa and her sister Anna but based on the new reports, it appears that it will feature a more mature content. As a result, it is possible that it may not be suitable for very young kids anymore
According to Forbes, “Frozen 2” is likely to be given a PG-13 rating because it cannot be categorized as kid-friendly but more like an animated young adult fantasy now. With this review, parents may be disappointed because their children may not be able to watch the sequel.
Cast and Plot
The plot for “Frozen 2” remained unclear until now. This is because Disney has been very strict in guarding this detail in order to surprise the viewers when it premieres.
For the cast of “Frozen 2,” it will surely still feature the original cast members including Kristen Bell (Anna) and Idina Menzel (Elsa), Josh Gad (Olaf) and Jonathan Groff (Kristoff). It was reported that Evan Rachel Wood and Sterling K Brown may also join the cast as new characters were added to the second movie installment.
Release Date
“Frozen 2” is set to arrive in theaters on Nov. 22. It should be noted that this is the new premiere date after it was moved from the original Nov. 27 playdate.
