EdgeVerve, a product subsidiary of Infosys that develops innovative software products, announced ‘Finacle Fintech Connect’, a unique opportunity for fintech startups to engage with Finacle’s extensive ecosystem.
The Fintech Connect has invited fintech startups to integrate their solutions into Finacle’s banking solution suite. The selected fintechs will have a chance to present at Infosys Confluence 2017 along with joint go-to-market with Finacle.
Finacle Fintech Council and the judging panel will comprise of top-notch executives from Finacle and some of the leading banks within the Finacle clientele, as well as experts in the fintech industry.
In order to be eligible for the Fintech Connect, the solutions should fall in one of the seven areas namely, Big Data analytics, AI, blockchain technology, digital sales and marketing, retail payments, new digital engagement channels and solutions that enable bank-led financial networks.
The last date for registration for the Finacle Fintech Connect is on 28th March 2017 and the applicants must have a working demonstration of the solution and at least one live banking client.
Last year April, the company introduced its EdgeVerve Blockchain Framework at the Infosys Confluence global client summit in San Francisco, in order to foster blockchain adoption by the global financial services sector. The blockchain framework is a permissioned ledger that allows banks to rapidly deploy blockchain-based services for varied business areas with utmost security. Later in June 2016, the company had initial talks with banks to adopt the blockchain technology.
