Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson 2019: Actor Lends Voice for Soundtrack of His 'High Life' Film; Actress’ ‘Charlie’s Angels’ Premiere Delayed

Kristen Stewart

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are one of those ex-couples that fans would like to see together again. They badly want it to happen that even a reunion through a film is enough for them. However, this is not a possibility as of this time because the former lovers are busy with their own schedules.

Robert Pattinson’s current project is a movie called “High Life.” This film is set to be released on April 5 and once out in theaters, fans will hear his soft voice as he lent his vocals to the film’s lead soundtrack titled “Willow,” W Magazine reported.

In the movie, Kristen Stewart’s ex-boyfriend plays Claire Denis’ leading man named Monte. He is a prisoner who was ordered to ride a spaceship to find alternative energy. His mission is being directed and managed by a doctor who uses prisoners for her own shadowy purposes.

On the “Willow” track, Robert Pattinson recites the lyrics for his daughter whose name is was used as the title of the soundtrack. The composer of the song piece, Stuart A. Staples, said that the track is a major part of “High Life” so it is crucial to the story.

“The song eventually grew to be the conclusion of the ‘High Life’ with Robert Pattinson singing the song in character to his daughter Willow, a theme that runs through the film,” Stuart said. "I felt the score should be intimate and hypnotic. Music made of hands and breath-acoustic instruments, electric guitars, fingertips."

Meanwhile, Kristen Stewart is starring in another film, the reboot of “Charlie’s Angels.” Robert Pattinson’s ex co-starred with Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska in the leading roles. Her movie was originally set to be released on Nov. 1 but it was moved to Nov. 15. Deadline reported that the move was to avoid the “Terminator: Dark Fate” that has the same premiere date.
