EFFINGHAM, Ill., Feb. 07, 2017 -- Midland States Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:MSBI) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, an increase of 11% from the previous quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share. The dividend is payable on or about February 24, 2017 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 17, 2017.
