(NASDAQ:PTLA) announced today the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 3,125,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $48.00 per share. In addition, the underwriters of the offering have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 468,750 shares from Portola at the public offering price. The offering is expected to close on December 9, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
