SEATTLE, July 27, 2017 -- Redfin Corporation (NASDAQ:RDFN), a technology-powered residential real estate brokerage, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 9,231,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $15.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Redfin. The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “RDFN” on July 28, 2017. In addition, Redfin has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,384,650 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price.
