There were a lot of questions in the previous season of “This Is Us” that were left without answers. These are aspects that Mandy Moore who plays Rebecca in the show wants to explore in “This Is Us” Season 4. She shares as much in a recent interview where the actress allowed some of her thoughts regarding potential storylines to come out.
Many Moore basically wants to go back to the earlier lives of Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) and Rebecca, and get a clearer picture of how they actually got to the point where they got married, E! News reports. The same goes for Miguel (Jon Huertas) and how she became the second husband to Rebecca after Jack passed away. Will “This Is Us” Season 4 actually feature these potential events?
"I'm curious, and I think this is going to be a storyline next year: We last see Jack and Rebecca in the courtship, first dating phase of their life. They've embarked on this road trip to California, and now they're headed home. How do they really find their way into each other's lives to the point where they get married and spend the rest of their life together. I'm curious about that phase of her life," Mandy Moore said.
"I'm also curious how Rebecca and Miguel get together in like 2008 territory. There's a lot of juicy stuff in there that I think people are curious about—and I'm just as curious."
There are certainly many aspects to the life that Rebecca has led that has yet to be explored by the show and “This Is Us” Season 4 could dive deep into these missing pieces. By now, fans might be thinking that the series has finally done enough to wring every last drop of tears from their eyes. They’ll find out if this is truly the case soon enough since the show is coming back this fall.
