HAMILTON, Bermuda, Jan. 19, 2017 -- Till Capital Ltd. (NASDAQ:TIL) (TSX.V:TIL) (the “Company” or “Till”), announces that Resource Re Ltd. (“Resource Re”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Till, sold 1,600,000 shares of enCore Energy Corp. (TSX.V:EU) in the open market. Till is an insider of enCore Energy Corp., as defined by the TSX Venture Exchange. As a result of the aforementioned sale, Resource Re’s holding of common shares decreased from 13,847,000 to 12,247,000. Resource Re’s shareholding represented 19.37% of enCore Energy Corp.’s outstanding common shares prior to the aforementioned sale, and 17.13% immediately afterwards.
