RICHMOND, Va., Oct. 27, 2017 -- Union Bankshares Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share. The dividend amount is a $0.01 increase, or 5%, from the prior quarter’s dividend and is also a $0.01, or 5%, per share increase from the prior year’s quarterly dividend level.
Based on the stock’s closing price of $34.95 on October 26, 2017, the dividend yield is approximately 2.4%. The dividend is payable on November 27, 2017 to shareholders of record as of November 13, 2017.
