RA’ANANA, Israel, May 03, 2017 -- UroGen Pharma Ltd., a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing advanced non-surgical treatments to address unmet needs in the field of urology, with a focus on uro-oncology, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,473,373 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $13.00 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $58.2 million. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market on May 4, 2017 under the ticker symbol “URGN.” In addition, UroGen Pharma granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 671,005 ordinary shares. The offering is expected to close on or about May 9, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
