Amid speculation about Samsung's foldable dominance, details emerge about Xiaomi Mix Fold 4, featuring Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 16GB RAM, 1TB storage, and impressive camera specs. With satellite communication and water resistance, Xiaomi aims to compete fiercely in the foldable market.
Xiaomi Mix Fold 4: A Comprehensive Overview of its Cutting-Edge Features
Digital Chat Station has posted the specifications for the upcoming Xiaomi Mix Fold 4, and based on what they have provided, the phone will be an absolute powerhouse.
According to the information, Wccftech reports the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 will have Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, up to 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage. More minor storage variants will also be available. The phone will also have a "high-density battery" that supports wired charging at 100W and wireless charging.
In addition to the other specifications, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is expected to have a 50-megapixel primary camera with a fixed and wide aperture. A new periscope camera is also on board. There is much to learn about the camera system, but given how expensive this foldable will be, one can expect Xiaomi to sweeten the deal once the phone is released.
The source also revealed the inclusion of two-way satellite communication capabilities and water resistance. However, Xiaomi may only make some features available in the domestic market. Whatever the case, I'm looking forward to the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4. The foldable competition is heating up faster than anticipated, with more and more companies releasing impressive offerings. If this trend continues, everyone will be scrambling for the top spot in the market.
According to rumors, 27 foldable phones with unique options will be released this year.
Galaxy Z Flip 6: Rumored Upgrades Hint at Enhanced Cover Display Experience
The Galaxy Z Flip 6 will be released in July, later this year. A new rumor indicates that the company is making significant changes to the new clamshell foldable phone. Hoping the company does not increase the price, but if the changes are accurate, Samsung will have another compelling offering.
The leak suggests the Galaxy Z Flip 6 will have an even larger cover display. For those who don't know, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 had a 3.4-inch cover display that covered half of the back and was far more usable than some had anticipated. However, the rumor claims that the new phone's screen size will be increased to a respectable 3.9-inch, which may not appear to be a significant difference but will undoubtedly add screen real estate.
The external display will remain at 6.7 inches, which should not be a problem because it is more than adequate for a phone like the Galaxy Z Flip 6, especially given how it folds in half and can be easily carried in a pocket.
