Amid homecoming season, Burger King reveals its inaugural homecoming meal. The deal, available in select cities, features HoCo-themed crowns and a festive meal for two to enjoy.
Launching on September 21, customers can indulge in the limited-time BK Homecoming Meal, perfect for sharing between two people. This special meal includes two Whopper Jr. sandwiches, two milkshakes, one small order of onion rings, and one small order of french fries. Retailing at just $10, the price may vary depending on the location.
Burger King also includes two limited-edition HoCo-themed crowns with each purchase of the BK Homecoming Meal, making everyone feel like homecoming royalty. Unlike the usual paper crowns, these crowns feature a bejeweled design with the word "homecoming" printed in bold letters. This exclusive offer is available to customers in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, and Oklahoma City.
Burger King has also taken to social media to get into the spirit of homecoming season. The chain has shared photos of people proudly wearing the signature BK crowns with their homecoming outfits on Instagram. Their latest caption read, "BK crown > homecoming crown."
Zahra Nurani, the Vice President of Marketing Communications for Burger King North America, expressed excitement about the BK Homecoming Meal launch. She said that for years, they've seen fans incorporate Burger King into their homecoming traditions, using their iconic crown as part of their royal celebrations across the country. She added that they're excited to offer a delicious meal for two that allows HoCo-goers even more ways to make BK a part of this special event.
In addition to the homecoming deal, Burger King has also introduced a new limited-time line of Royal Crispy Wraps. These wraps come in classic, spicy, honey mustard flavors, including crispy white meat chicken, tomato, and lettuce wrapped in a soft tortilla. Each wrap retails at $2.99, with prices subject to variation based on location.
Before the meal and wrap launches, Burger King came up with their Fiery Nuggets and $1 Frozen Fanta Kickin' Mango drink. The frozen beverage offered a blend of mango and citrus flavors with a hint of spicy chili.
