Holden looks to be easily defeated by Luffy at the end of the fight leading up to “One Piece” chapter 918. While the heroes get away with a lot of shenanigans in the previous chapter, dangers still persist that could be particularly problematic as the Wano Story arc continues.
Luffy was able to rescue O-Tama from Holdem's Lion head belt before more harm could come to the young girl. He used his speed to punch Holdem's belt while successfully prying O-Tama from the Lion's mouth. Thankfully, readers are assured that O-Tama is no longer held hostage in “One Piece” chapter 918.
Zoro, with the help of O-Kiku, also successfully hijacked the food convoy from the paradise farm, with readers seeing the last of the convoy being chased by Holdem's Koimanu. Fans will potentially learn the outcome of Zoro's food heist in “One Piece” chapter 918.
Law and Hawkins's entry into Bakura town is covered in the chapter but the confrontation between the two pirates has yet to be developed further. Hopefully, “One Piece” chapter 918 can cover whether Law and Hawkins will be getting into a fight sometime soon. If the fight happens with Zoro and Luffy in the mix, even better.
But it looks like Luffy's rage over Holdem hurting O-Tama's cheeks with pliers will be spilling over into “One Piece” chapter 918. In the final panels of the previous chapter, we see Luffy unleashing the Red Hawk punch on Holdem's face. Readers are now waiting to see if Holdem was able to take Luffy's Red Hawk Punch.
If Holdem is still standing at the start of “One Piece” chapter 918, fans can probably look forward to a potential battle royale if Hawkins and Law end up in the fray as well. If Holdem easily folds and is out of action in “One Piece” chapter 918, Luffy, Zoro, O-Kiku, and O-Tama will have to watch their backs when Jack, Holdem's boss, starts rolling into town and looks for the troublemakers fighting his enforcers.
Fans of the manga can look forward to “One Piece” chapter 918 getting an early release this Saturday, Sept. 22, instead of the usual Monday Shonen Jump release.
