TORONTO, Sept. 22, 2017 -- dynaCERT Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DYA) (OTCQB:DYFSF) ("dynaCERT" or the "Company") announces that in accordance with the agreement previously disclosed in the news release of December 9, 2016, the Company will be issuing 233,245 shares to Nektar Data Systems at an ascribed price of $0.64 in settlement of $150,000 owing for services performed. The foregoing Shares for Debt transaction is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. All the foregoing shares will, upon issuance, be subject to a statutory four-month hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws.
