Dr Ashley Morgan is currently a Senior Lecturer in theory for Constellation in the Cardiff School of Art and Design at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Her main teaching focus is on the relationship between the Body and Art & Design.
Her recent research explores representations of masculinity, including geek identity, masculinity as a vehicle for expertise, sexual identity, and is currently writing about toxic masculinity on television.
She is an academic advisor for Netflix and is currently co-organising a symposium for Design and the Ageing Body.
